Bon Frut
Straw yellow colour. On the nose it is intense with pleasant fruity notes of snuffbox peach, aromatic herbs, sage, mint and lemon thyme. In the mouth it is juicy and dynamic, with a pleasant and fresh fruity finish of peach and apricot on a background of aromatic herbs.

The producer
Production focuses on Friulano and Sauvignon Blanc, vinified together as was once customary in the Collio region, with the entire harvest fermented as a single wine: the Collio Bianco “Bon Frut”. In the winery, intervention is kept to a minimum — only stainless steel tanks, with a brief 6-hour maceration on the skins in the press — to allow the terroir to express itself.
